Add &  Track Goals 

Track goals throughout the week and add new goals. Weekly Gym Visits are automatically tracked. 

You can set set target goals and track your progress. Additional goals you can track include:

  • Body weight
  • Distance
  • Body measurements 
  • Specific exercise reps to complete and/or weight to lift
