How to Add Supersets to a Workout

To add supersets to a workout:

Go to the Builder tab.

Select the category Goals & More. You can also search for Superset directly.

Scroll down until you see Superset

Double-tap or drag a Superset between pairs of exercises that you want to perform together.


Performing a Superset

When performing a superset, you do the first set of the first two exercises back to back.

That is set one for each workout.

After your rest, you perform the second set for each workout, similar to the first.

After those sets are complete, move on to the next Superset.

For example:

  • Superset
    • Back Squat
    • Box Jump
  • Superset
    • Bench Press
    • Power Push Up
  • Superset
    • Push Press
    • Upright Row
