Plans - Get Started Plans

A Get Started Plan is 30-day plan used to provide some guidance to help members start their fitness journey off strong.

These plans are available to members right away after signing a membership agreement.

There are three plans with eight workouts in each:

  • Fundamental Form – Work on building a foundation before adding more advanced layers of fitness with this fun and challenging full-body training program. These workouts are perfect for people new to fitness, returning to fitness, or those who need to establish healthy movement patterns.
  • Metabolic Moves – This is a great fat-loss training program combining strength and cardio. These workouts include a variety of movements designed to boost your metabolism long after the session is over which is prefect for people who are ready to pick up their intensity, and take fat loss to the next level!
  • Performance Power – Performance Power works with heavier loads and fewer reps to encourage a stronger, slimmer, more athletic body. It is perfect for people who want long-term cardiovascular health as well as to challenge themselves with performance-based movements.
