Trouble Linking Your Account

If you are having trouble linking your account, double check of all your personal information. Details like your first name can be incorrect and lead to linking issues.

If the details are correct, ensure that gym staff has your information entered accurately as well. If a name is incorrect, it can cause confusion between our data.

If all of these details are correct, submit a ticket to our software support team through More tab and we will be happy to help you.

Trouble Logging In

If you are having trouble logging in, here are some steps to try:

  • Make sure your password is accurate. Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to recover or reset your password. The password reset email may take a few minutes to arrive.
  • Check with your gym to make sure your details are accurate. If your first name, last name, or e-mail details were entered incorrectly, it would prevent you from logging in.
  • Check your spam folder to make sure any password reset or account related e-mails weren't caught.

If you are receiving an error, or you still cannot log into the app, please contact our support team. They will assist you as soon as possible.
