Fitbit Tips

If data is not syncing to the Anytime Fitness app from Fitbit, please verify that your data displays within the Fitbit app or website Dashboard section.

It tends to take up to 10 minutes for data to sync data from Fitbit to the Anytime Fitness App.

If any part of your agreement or membership has changed, you need to re-link your account through the app.

Go to the More tab.

Tap on Membership Info.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Relink Membership.

If your data still does not match, please submit a support ticket from the Anytime Fitness app.
